Paris Little is a dedicated professional and compassionate leader with a robust academic and entrepreneurial background. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Christopher Newport University and further advanced her expertise by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Gerontology from Virginia Commonwealth University. Drawing on her academic foundations, Paris has combined her passion for mental and geriatric health to address critical challenges in the healthcare industry.

In 2009, recognizing the dire need for genuine, affordable, and quality care in home health services, Paris and her mother co-founded a family-owned home health agency-Nurturing Hearts N’ Care LLC. This venture was established with the mission of providing exceptional care to individuals in need, while also ensuring that caregivers receive the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles. Over the years, Paris has observed firsthand how caregivers often bear the brunt of the challenges due to various dual burdened factors and a pervasive lack of knowledge regarding available support. This insight has fueled her commitment to advocating for better conditions, continuous education, and resource accessibility for the caregiving community.

Paris remains driven by the belief that genuine care should extend not only to clients but also to those who provide it. Her work is characterized by a blend of academic insight, practical experience, and a relentless drive to improve the quality of care and the welfare of formal and informal caregivers.
