RCP Consulting LLC provides comprehensive aging and care navigation services for individuals, families, and home health agencies. We conduct detailed geriatric assessments, assist with identifying and coordinating home care services, and provide guidance through Medicaid processes.

In addition, we support clients with practical, day-to-day needs such as appointment scheduling, care organization, and assistance with understanding and navigating matters like durable power of attorney (POA).

For home health agencies, we offer consulting, training, and operational support to strengthen service delivery and compliance via mock audits and inservice training. 

At our core, we serve as a structured extension of those we support—helping bridge gaps, reduce overwhelm, and ensure that important tasks do not fall through the cracks.

RCP Consulting LLC is led by a Master’s-level Gerontologist with over 20 years of combined experience in aging services, including social services, home health, and care navigation. Our team of consultants also bring extensive, hands-on experience across the aging continuum, with backgrounds rooted in real-world service delivery and system navigation.

This depth of experience allows us to provide not only guidance—but informed, practical solutions that reflect how systems actually operate.

At this time, RCP Consulting operates on a private pay basis and does not accept insurance. This allows us to provide flexible, personalized services without the limitations or delays often associated with third-party payers.

We accept convenient forms of payment including electronic invoicing and card payments.

RCP Consulting provides comprehensive, start-to-finish support. Once we understand your needs, our team takes the lead in managing tasks, coordinating services, and moving processes forward.

In many cases, caregivers and families simply provide the necessary information—and we handle the rest. This may include scheduling and attending appointments, coordinating with providers, organizing documentation, and ensuring follow-through every step of the way.

Services can typically begin shortly after your initial consultation, depending on availability. RCP intentionally limits the number of active clients to ensure each client receives high-quality, focused support.
