Meet the Founder - Paris Carter, MSG

Paris Carter, MSG, is the Founder and Lead Consultant of RCP Consulting, LLC (RCP), an aging consulting agency dedicated to supporting older adults, caregivers, families, and senior-serving organizations through hands-on guidance, coordination, and execution-based support services.

Grounded in gerontology and supported by extensive real-world experience, Paris is known for helping individuals and organizations navigate complex systems with professionalism, compassion, structure, and practical follow-through. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between access and execution—ensuring that individuals and organizations not only receive recommendations, but also the support needed to move initiatives, services, and care plans forward effectively.

Paris earned her Master of Science in Gerontology (MSG) from Virginia Commonwealth University and has professional experience spanning healthcare operations, caregiver support, human resources, staff development, organizational systems, and community-based services. Her background also includes co-owning and operating a licensed non-skilled home health agency, providing her with firsthand operational knowledge of caregiving systems, staffing challenges, compliance expectations, and the realities families and providers often face daily.

In addition to her gerontology background, Paris has experience collaborating within multidisciplinary environments involving healthcare professionals, caregivers, community organizations, and senior-serving agencies. RCP’s broader team and collaborative support network also reflect diverse educational and professional backgrounds, including human resources, psychology, healthcare operations, caregiver support, and military service.

Through RCP Consulting, Paris provides support in areas such as navigation services, geriatric assessments, caregiver support, organizational consulting, speaking engagements, operational guidance, and professional collaboration initiatives designed to strengthen support systems for older adults and those who serve them.

Her mission is rooted in helping reduce overwhelm, improve coordination, strengthen continuity, and provide meaningful support that is both practical and person-centered.
